CEO

As a Realtor with Crye-Leike, my passion has been helping clients find or sell their home. I believe in meeting th needs of my clients; from finding the best property to making all real estate transactions as smooth, and stress-free as possible.

I found it only natural to go into property management to help protect my client's invstments. We have the knowledge, the experience and the initiative to fully undertake and execute all phases of property management. As seasoned profesionals, we understand what it takes to make your venture profitable and successful.

We specialize in single and multi-family unit residential properties, such as duplexes, triplexes, quads and other extended housing properties.

We take pride in our properties and maintain the highest level of response time and care when responding to appliance, maintenance and safety concerns or issues. We employ a team of competent and trusted professionals (and vendors) to take care of repairs, emergencies and remodeling to keep our units fresh, clean, modern and rarely vacant.

Tasha Castillo

Leasing Specialist

Tasha comes to us from Atlanta where she worked for large apartment complexes as a Leasing Agent and performing property management respnsibilities for three years. She began working for Tish in 2012.

Prior to this, Tasha also has Retail Management experience.

She is very dedicated and is a very hard worker. In addition to screening applicants, preparing leases, and collecting rent, she also oversees the maintenance on many of the properties.

Becca Spencer

Leasing Consultant/Marketing/Bookkeeper

Becca joined Prime Source Properties in 2014, handling leasing, marketing and accounting for the company. She has 13 years experience in the real estate industry from Georgia and Tennessee. Her career path has been in Office Management with Real Estate firms and working with clients as well as business owners.
